1. Privacy Philosophy
At WebColorNote, we believe your ideas, documents, and private journals are yours alone. The application is designed to function entirely inside your local device container. We do not operate any middleman storage, collection database, or tracking APIs. Your data remains your property.
2. Data Storage
Your notes are cached exclusively in your browser's client-side secure sandbox using HTML5 local storage API (localStorage) and database systems. Unless you explicitly execute a synchronization flow or manual export, no text ever leaves your current device.
3. Google Drive Sync
If you configure Google Drive integration:
- Communication takes place directly between your browser and standard Google Drive endpoint servers.
- No application-hosted server, database, or analytics API receives or intercepts your tokens or files.
- The app only reads and writes files in a restricted, private sandbox application configuration folder.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We do not deploy third-party trackers, marketing cookies, Google Analytics, or advertisement tracking tags. The application is strictly utility-focused, respecting your local bandwidth and privacy footprint.
5. Data Deletion
Because your notes reside locally, you can clear all of your notes and settings instantly by clearing your browser's application storage or using the tools in the settings dropdown panel.
